In the 2019–20 school year, the G9 Abitur is being reintroduced in North Rhine-Westphalia. This will give teachers and pupils one more year to complete secondary education. They need newly structured learning media in order to achieve this. Publishing house Westermann is advertising its revamped learning media programme with the ‘G9. Aus Unterrichten wird Begeistern’ (G9: making teaching and learning exciting) campaign developed by c.i.a.green. It is a programme that supports the transfer of knowledge and training of skills at the highest level for selective secondary schools using a cutting-edge format. Among the campaign elements created by c.i.a.green were the campaign logo, slogan and key visuals as well as all print and online media, which are still currently in use.
